Worked in mezzotint, so the image rises out of pure black. Gennadij Alexandrov shows a woman's back and buttocks, lit from one side, the soft grey body filling most of the plate. Behind her, just legible in the dark, are the rooftops and a bridge of a night-time city. Signed and dated 2021, numbered 11 from an edition of 100, with a Russian title that reads as Prague at night.
