Evening Promenade. Charles Bridge., 2026

This expressive oil painting transports the viewer to the very heart of evening Prague, onto the historic Charles Bridge. In the foreground, the majestic, dark silhouettes of ancient sculptures rise against the warm, glowing lights of street lanterns. The bridge comes alive with the figures of people enjoying a leisurely evening stroll, creating a timeless romantic atmosphere. Created in a bold impressionistic style, the artwork features rich, heavy textures applied with a palette knife. The dynamic, structured brushstrokes perfectly capture the vibrant energy of the Prague air, the play of light on the centuries-old cobblestones, and the deep, velvet blue of the twilight sky.
