Dark haired girl is a linocut on rough, deckle-edged handmade paper, the young woman's head and torso cut in strong black strokes of hair and shadow. Half her face stays light while the hair falls heavily on the other side, and washes of ochre and red run down the right of the sheet, with a touch of teal at the lower left. The drawing is loose and direct, the paper's torn edges left as part of the work. Signed by Gennadij Alexandrov, 2003.
