Two young women stand pressed together, shoulder to shoulder, both nude to the waist. Their faces are long and stylised, with almond eyes, and one has loose copper hair falling over her shoulder. The whole sheet glows in warm earth tones, ochre and burnt orange, with the plate texture scratched and worn so the colour sits unevenly.
