Was born on February, 1959 in Russia.
Outstanding Russian painter Igor Shulman is Eastern Europe’s most highly-acclaimed living figurative artist.
He received his art education at Venetsianov Art College.
Since 1991 lives and works on Prague.
His work is on display at the permanent exposition of the ART Gallery 11, Prague 1, Czech Republic.
