Who we are
Gallery Art 11 is run by GESTA OM s.r.o., Brabcova 1159/2, Podolí, 140 00 Praha 4, Czech Republic, company ID 26456907. We look after your personal data under EU law (GDPR).

What we collect and why
When you buy a work, we ask for your name, email, phone and address, so that we can deliver it, keep you updated and issue the invoice.
When you write to us, we keep your email and message so that we can reply.
We never see your card number. Card payments are handled by Stripe, a secure payment service.
We count visits to the website anonymously. We do not know who you are when you browse.
Cookies
The website only remembers your language and currency and keeps forms secure. There are no tracking or advertising cookies.
Who receives your data
Only the services that help us complete your order and run the website:
- Stripe (payments)
- shipping carriers (delivery)
- our email provider
- the companies that host the website, its images and maps (only the bare minimum any website needs)
- our accountant, and authorities where the law requires it
We never sell your data.
We post our own works to our Pinterest account. This connects only to our own account and collects nothing about you or other Pinterest users.
How long we keep it
Invoices are kept for 10 years, as Czech law requires. Everything else we keep only as long as we need it.
Your rights
You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete your data. Just write to [email protected].
