This upright view down Vodičkova Street is dominated by a sweeping Art-Nouveau iron sign reading TEA & COFFEE, arcing out over the pavement from a dark shopfront on the left. The street falls away into wet, reflective cobbles, with a red and cream tram and a couple of small figures midway down, and a dark car parked at the right. A tall ornate corner building with a turret rises against a pale morning sky, the rest of the block stretching back in warm stone.

Slutsker paints it in confident, broken strokes, the lit interiors on the left glowing gold against the cool blue-grey of the street. There is a lot of air and reflection in it. An oil on canvas, 50 by 70 centimetres, dated 2025.
