Tango Dancers brings a couple together at the very moment before a kiss, faces close, her hand pressed flat against his chest. This is a square oil on canvas by Alexey Slusar from 2020, 100 by 100 centimetres.
The woman wears a red dress and an earring, her fair hair up; the man is in a pale grey-green shirt, his arm around her back. The background is dark and almost flat, with thin pale streaks and a scatter of light flecks across it. The brushwork is broad and the edges left rough, which keeps the charge in the pose.
