A harbour crowded with moored sailboats, painted in oil on canvas. A forest of thin masts rises against a pale sky, and the hulls, white, dark blue and grey, are packed close along the quay. Mikora flecks the boats with little dabs of red and warm colour so the rigging shimmers, then lets it all repeat in the still water below as a soft reflection. A green hillside town sits low on the right. At 125 by 70 centimetres, it catches that quiet, glittering moment of a Ligurian evening.
