My fairy woman is a loose watercolour by Roman Zuzuk, painted in 2006 on a warm yellow ground. A large face fills the lower half, green-shadowed with green eyes and red lips. Out of the top of its head grows a second, smaller figure, an orange-pink woman bent forward with a winged or petal-like crown and a long curtain of blue-green hair falling down one side. The drawing is sketchy and unfinished-looking on purpose, with pencil lines left showing. It is a fair size for a watercolour, 57.5 by 45.5 centimetres.
