Against a flat field of saturated red, two girls stand with their backs to us, the taller one's arm resting on the younger's shoulder. Both wear pale blue-white dresses and straw hats with blue bands, and the older girl carries a wicker basket on her left arm. The lower edge breaks into a band of loosely painted red blossoms, so the children seem to rise straight out of the flowers. Lost in Time is a small square oil on canvas, 60 by 60 centimetres, made by Dima Dmitriev in 2022.
