A full bunch of pink lilac crowded into a plain glass tumbler, painted in oil on canvas with a loaded brush. The blossoms are heaped pale pink and rose, threaded with green leaves, and a single stem with two leaves lies on the brown tabletop in front. Behind, the wall is a soft grey-blue. Mikora builds the flowers in thick, broken dabs so the bouquet has real bulk and texture against the quiet background. A modest size, 60 by 50 centimetres.
