About the work

Franz Kafka head-on, built almost entirely from close horizontal hatching so the dark hair and suit press in around a face left bright. The large eyes hold the centre. Gennadij Alexandrov keeps this etching to black and white, the title Kafka pencilled below. Signed and dated 2022, numbered 15 from an edition of 500.
