Above them, instead of a lamp, hovers a fat orange fish mounted on two pairs of little wheels, drifting over the deep red ground like a curious witness. The sky narrows to a strip of blue along the very top. Important Conversation is an oil on canvas from 2013, 49 by 38.5 centimetres. Roman Zuzuk gives the men long calm faces and lets the floating fish carry all the strangeness.
