Two dancers tangle together against a mauve-purple ground, the picture turned almost into a single twisting shape. One figure in blue trousers and a blue shoe is flung upside down, legs in the air, while the other holds her, and a great spray of yellow hair fans out across the lower half like a burst of straw. A narrow band of orange field runs along the bottom. Happy Together is encaustic on paper from 2025, 41 by 57 centimetres. The wax medium gives the surface its dense, scratched finish, and Roman Zuzuk lets the two bodies read as one acrobatic knot.
