A man in a reddish coat bends forward to kiss, or be kissed by, a large orange fish that he cradles in his arms, its tail trailing down to the ground. Beside them a second figure in dark clothes lifts a golden horn to play. The two stand against a deep blue sky over a thin band of green grass. Dance with a Fish is a small square, 20 by 20 centimetres, oil on canvas, made by Roman Zuzuk in 2025. The faces are reduced to a few warm planes and the whole thing has the matter-of-fact strangeness of a folk tale, where a man can dance with a fish.
