A tailor's dress form stands against a soft, mottled grey wall, its bare canvas bust marked with the old maker's stamps, including the word Wolf at the neck. Below the waist it wears a layered tulle underskirt in dusty blues and violets, the faded letters Collapsible Model 10 still legible across the fabric. Shulman treats this studio prop with the same attention he would give a portrait. Oil on canvas, 2024, an upright 80 by 120 centimetres.
