About the artwork

The hand-coloured version of the balloon view, larger and brighter than its sepia twin. The same Prague skyline appears, the domed church and the dark bridge tower, but now under a sky warmed with apricot and rose, and the balloon glows pink up in the left corner. A little autumn-coloured foliage flickers beside the tower. This drypoint, aquatint and etching from 2025 is about 12 by 9 centimetres, titled Praha and signed in pencil.
